Homeless for a Night  will be held on the 5th of May 2018 at Gloucester Park. The event is used to raise awareness and much needed funds for the Hot ‘n’ Healthy Meals program which provides meals to the homeless and struggling people of Perth.

Manna does not receive any government funding and in such tough times we need your help to support others throughout the year. By attending this event, and fundraising, you will be making a huge difference to the lives of others who are less fortunate.

This will be the third homeless for a night event Manna has held, each year we receive such positive feedback from participant’s who experience for one night a small insight into what so many people are faced with on a daily basis. Rest assured as a participant your safety and security are our top priority and we have a fully staffed security team at the venue and volunteers who can assist you during the night.

We hope participants will stay the night however understand that for some this may not be possible – if so you are welcome to register and attend until 10pm. We would rather have you be a part of most of the event than not at all.

Gloucester Park in East Perth (enter via the main entrance off Nelson Crescent)

Time

Gates open at 6 pm

Entertainment

There will be a range of family friendly entertainment on the night. Final details to be announced soon.

What to Bring

There are open areas to sleep in but there are also under cover areas.

Food and Drinks

Soup and bread will be available during the evening (this is included in your registration fee)

Egg and bacon burgers will be available for breakfast should you wish to order prior to the event. (Please note that these MUST be ordered when you register for the event). There will be no other food sold at the event so feel free to bring some along with you.

Our Target

Please help us exceed our target of $250,000 which equates to 50,000 meals. Every dollar raised goes directly to our Hot ‘n’ Healthy Meals Program.
